Now in our 25th year, this course was originally conceived by the late Dr. Marvin Tung to provide advanced training in thermal processing to industry and regulatory personnel. Starting in December, we will offer a new 4 1/2 day format combining the elements of our current Principles and Practices in Food Preservation and Advanced Topoics courses.
